You can purchase Samuji products with the shopping bag feature online. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. Samuji does not guarantee that all items included in the webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail. Your order will be processed and shipped within two working days. Please note that during sale season the delivery guidelines might not apply.
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the webshop in detail reflect the items colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on your screen and computer settings.

By placing an order on www.samuji.com you certify that the purchase is for your personal use only. Samuji reserves the right to cancel any order or limit the sales of our products if Samuji in its sole discretion suspects that these Terms and Conditions are not obeyed. Samuji may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Our sizing is based on Scandinavian and German sizes.
Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 24%. VAT is not charged on orders delivered outside EU countries. Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import customs and taxes, which are applied once your delivery reaches your country.
Shipping costs will be added to orders under EUR 500; shipping is free on orders of EUR 500 and over. Prices are subject to changes.
You can choose a shipping method on the checkout page. Orders are sent via UPS or Posti. You can also pick up your order in Samuji House, Erottajankatu 9b (courtyard), Helsinki.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, PayPal or through Internet Bank. The payments are operated by Paytrail Oyj.
Paytrail Oyj provides Internet Bank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
When paying with Visa, Visa Electron or Master Card, the deal is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. Samuji acts as the marketer of services and products, and delivers the products to buyers. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for reclamations and all deal related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is also the payment recipient.

We hope you are happy with your Samuji purchase. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you've decided to keep them. Undamaged shoe box is considered part of the product.
Please note that fabrics are made-to-order products and therefore they are non-returnable.
After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. We will refund return costs if the product we have sent you is incorrect or faulty. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
