How to use

Add a few drops to the diffuser and let the scent slowly evaporate into the room air.

Try lavender essential oil as an aid for falling asleep by adding a few drops to the corner of your pillowcase or spraying the sheets with the following mixture: 1 dl of water and 20 drops of oil. Shake well before use because the oil does not mix with the water.

You can also relax in a lavender bath, suitable for children too, before going to sleep, and relieve tension by adding 1 dl of Epsom salt and a few drops of oil.

It can also be added to the sauna water to be thrown on the stove.

If you mix a few drops of lavender oil with neutral soap or skin oil, you can create fragrant soap, skin or massage oil, or a natural perfume to be applied on the wrists and behind the ear.

Note

As with other essential oils, lavender oil is a potent natural product. Begin use cautiously with small quantities. Do not apply near the eyes, on broken skin, or mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Possible allergic reactions may occur. Continuous use of lavender is not recommended for individuals with hypotension.
